이용약관

서비스: bumbleB 는 테슬라 차량 웹 브라우저용 내비게이션 정보 서비스입니다. 테슬라 연동 기능은 유료로 제공될 수 있으며, 요금과 결제 조건은 시행 전에 별도로 안내합니다.
계정 연결: 오너는 본인 소유 또는 사용 권한이 있는 차량만 연결해야 합니다. 연결은 읽기 전용이며 차량을 조작하지 않습니다.
안전: 주행 중에는 화면 조작을 하지 마세요. 안내 정보는 참고용이며 실제 도로 상황과 교통 법규가 우선합니다.
제3자 서비스: 테슬라 API 등 외부 서비스의 변경·중단으로 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. bumbleB 는 Tesla, Inc. 와 무관한 독립 서비스입니다.
해지: 오너는 언제든 연결을 해제할 수 있으며, 해제 시 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다.
책임 제한: 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 정보의 오류·지연으로 생긴 간접 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service (draft)

bumbleB provides navigation information for the Tesla in-car browser. The Tesla-connected features may be offered as a paid subscription; prices and payment terms will be announced before launch.
Connect only vehicles you own or are authorised to use. The connection is read-only; bumbleB never controls the vehicle.
Do not operate the screen while driving. Guidance is for reference; road conditions and traffic law take precedence.
Features depend on third-party services such as the Tesla API and may change if those change. bumbleB is independent and not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.
You can disconnect at any time; data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by errors or delays in the information shown.
